Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of my business, I require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Cancellations under 48 hours and no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked and must be paid prior to booking future appointments. However, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a habit, (3 times or more within 6 months) you will be charged a cancellation fee prior to booking your next appointment and you will be required to place a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total services to book your next appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total fee upon completion of your appointment.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
I reserve the right limit the length of time I schedule out the date of your appointments.
By scheduling an appointment in person, by email, text, or over the phone, you are giving me permission to charge the credit card on file or forfeit your deposit if you fail to cancel less than 48 hours ahead or if you no-show your appointment.
